Estimates are not contracts

Anything you read on this site, and any estimate you receive after contacting us, is an offer to discuss work. A binding agreement exists only when you and the contractor sign a written proposal that states scope, price, and schedule.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep prices, timelines, and technical details current for the Charlotte area, but materials, labor, and site conditions change. Figures on this site are typical ranges, not quotes for your property.

Use of the site

• You may browse, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy the content, photos, or design for another website, scrape the site, or submit false estimate requests.
