How to raise a complaint

• Call (704) 387-3064 and ask for the owner.
• Email support@concretecharlottenc.com with your name, the property address, and what went wrong. Photos help.
• Write to 10200 Rockwood Rd, Charlotte, NC, 28215.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your complaint within two business days.
• The owner or project coordinator reviews the job file, talks to the crew, and if needed visits the property.
• You get a written response with our findings and proposed fix within ten business days. Most concrete issues are resolved with a site visit and, where warranted, repair under the terms of your proposal.

If you are not satisfied

Tell us in writing why the response does not resolve it. The owner reviews it personally. You also have the right to contact the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors or the North Carolina Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division at any time.

Records

We keep a record of every complaint and its outcome, and we review them to improve how we work.
