Who we are

What we collect

• Estimate requests: your name, phone number, email, property address, and the project details you type into the form.
• Phone calls: the number you call from, the time of the call, and a recording of the call for quality and training. Our tracking numbers may be provided by a call tracking service.
• Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and referring source, collected through Google Analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To contact you about the estimate you asked for and to schedule the work.
• To route your request to the crew or contractor partner that serves your area.
• To measure which pages and campaigns lead to real projects, so the site improves.

Who we share it with

Your request is shared with the independent, licensed concrete contractor who will perform the estimate and the work, with our customer relationship software provider (Connectid CRM, which hosts the estimate form), and with our analytics and call tracking providers. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with unrelated marketers.

Texts and calls

By submitting the estimate form you agree that we, or the contractor handling your request, may call or text you at the number you provided about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on the phone and we will stop.

Your choices

• Email support@concretecharlottenc.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser to stop analytics collection. The site still works.
• Ask us not to record a call at the start of the call.

Retention and security

Estimate records are kept for as long as needed to complete the project and meet tax and warranty obligations, then deleted. Data is stored with providers that use encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers through the form.

Children

This site is for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page for 30 days.
