Providence Park
With a nice mix of old money and new, Providence Park gets our vote for one of the best neighborhoods in all of Charlotte. From historic estates to brand new McMansions, anyone can see why this is the place to live (and work). Perhaps the fact that they claim Charlotte's only Fresh Market puts them on the map for visit-worthy places.
Drive around the area and check out the decorative structures. We have certainly helped to beautify many homes in this neighborhood.
Providence Crossing
This may just be our absolute favorite neighborhood because of its super low crime rate and best European restaurant. What could be better?
With just over 8,000 residents, Providence Crossing is an intimate setting where everyone seems to know each other. But that isn't a bother for us, as it is probably why the crime rate is so low!
Ballantyne West
The name just sounds so fancy doesn't it? Only 25 years ago, this area of Charlotte was just a big plot of farmland. Then the Bissell/Harris family saw the potential and decided to build a swanky new country club, a resort and office park.
Living in this area means you can be close to work at all times and drop in for a spa day for a little relaxation.
Chantilly
Chantilly is a neighborhood that has undergone a drastic reinvigoration. Homes that were once dated have been redone and are now worth triple the price. Don't you wish you got in years ago?
We have been at the forefront of all of this and have seen concrete become a staple of these newly renovated homes.
Foxcroft
Can you say beautiful?! Foxcroft is the type of neighborhood you see only in movies. With stunning drives, glistening front entrances, and Crepe Myrtle trees lining the streets, we can't think of a better place to call home.
The best part about Foxcroft is the fact that a home built in 1930 sits next to a home built in 2008 and they both look perfect together.
Mountainbrook
Who hasn't heard of the Mountainbrook Swim and Racquet Club? If you haven't, maybe you're not from Charlotte.
We think this area clearly has it all. Good schools, great amenities and a small and intimate neighborhood setting.
If you're looking for the best artists and little shops in all of Charlotte, look no further. Shamrock is a quaint neighborhood where everyone knows their neighbors and the home are adorable and quaint. Don't underestimate the charm this neighborhood has.
